Now in its 13th year, the ever popular Dalemian Craft and Food Show is one of Cumbria’s finest and most unique shopping experiences. The picturesque mountains, lakes and rivers provide the idyllic backdrop to create a pleasurable atmosphere to browse over 120 trade stands that offer 1000’s of unique products which simply cannot be found in the high street. With dozens of interactive demonstrations the public have the opportunity to meet some of the UK’s premier craftsmen and women. A visit to our huge food hall is a must where the public have the opportunity to meet our celebrity chefs and dozens of food artisans.

Wood Turning Demonstration, Children’s Make ’n’ Bake Area, Craft Make ’n’ Take Area, Celebrity Chef Cookery Demonstrations, Clay Workshop, Amazing Flying Vulture Display, Goat Racing, Lama Trecking, Glass Blowing, Chainsaw Carving, Kids Zone, Monster Bouncy Castles*, Kids Quad Bikes*, Pets Corner, Donkey Sanctuary, Cooking with Spices Demonstration, Pedro’s Circus Skills Workshop (suitable for young and old), Archery, Owls Great and Small, Dog Display, Live Music, Card Making Workshop, Full Catering Facilities.

10am – 5pm daily
Admission charges:
Adults £5.00, Children £2.00, Family Ticket £15.00 (up to 2 adults and 3 children)
This charge does not include entry to the house but does give you access to the gardens.

How to get there:
To find Dalemain Historic House & Gardens:
Leave the M6 at Junction 40
Follow the A66 west to the first roundabout.
Take the A592 Penrith to Ullswater road for 1 mile
Dalemain is on the right hand side of the road.
We are only 1 mile from Rheged Discovery Centre, and 2 miles from the Ullswater 'Steamers' at Pooley Bridge.
Leave the M6 at Junction 40
Follow the A66 west to the first roundabout.
